>> For those who cannot write a feasibility report and a research plan since you plan/ have decided to change topic, here are the new requirements and the deadlines: 

1. 15% -> 3 New notecards (on the new topic) / member -> due Aug 1, 5PM
2. 15% -> New capsule proposal (submitted electronically, if you prefer) -> due Aug 1; 9PM
3. 15% -> Project Planning Output (good for 5-6 months): New Gantt Chart, New Material Sourcing, New Task List (submitted electronically, if you prefer)- due Aug 1; 9PM

According to MANCOM c/o the CISD Chief, the following changes will take effect: Saturday class (July 30) will follow Tuesday sked and Monday (Aug 1) will be a regular class day. Perio will be pushed back to TWTh (Aug 2-4).  

Outreach sched for Year 1 and 2 will be moved to Friday (Aug. 5). Outreach sched for 4th years TBA.

There will be no classes for the 4th year on Aug. 5 in view of the UPCAT.

Saturday Classes

Due to the suspension of classes tomorrow, the current CISD chief, Ma'am Turingan, has declared that there'll be Saturday classes. The schedule to be followed for Saturday classes will be the Tuesday schedule.

ACET Forms

Please get your ACET Forms from Ate Jeng at the Guidance Office.
You'll receive an envelope containing the application booklet, acknowledgment slip, test permit, and 2 recommendation forms. Have either (a) a councilor and a teacher or (b) 2 teachers of your preference (not necessarily related to your course) to fill up the recommendation forms. Please give them ASAP so that they will finish answering them by July 15.

Maam Jeng will be in charge of attaching the 1x1 pictures in the form.

Once you complete the requirements, give them to Ate Jeng on or before July 15. All the requirements must be placed on the same envelope they were given with. Include a long plain white envelope in the big envelope. 

If you wish to avail of a scholarship, inform Ate Jeng. You will be required to fill up a separate form for it. 

DO NOT LOSE THE FORMS AND THE ENVELOPE. If you do, you'll have to pay another P500 just to get a new one. Each envelope also comes with its own application no. so don't replace it.

Please take note of the correction in slide #5: yearbook costs P2000 instead of P3000. However, the total amount that you're going to pay is P3000, the other P1000 is for the grad pic. :D 

Think of your creative shots already. Write the description and specs of your desired look or better yet, provide a sample photo. Pass to any batch council officer preferably at the end of the month.

You may suggest yearbook themes. Our default theme is blueprints. Just tell Andreia Carrillo or any council member.

The deadline of the yearbook write ups are moved to Sunday, July 3, 9 pm. If you don't submit by then, you'll receive a simple, generic write up. The deadline for the pictures remains the same (July 6).

The schedule for the whole day UPCAT Review is TBA. Take note of that correction in slide 12. Basta July 23 won't be half day.

And take note of the election schedule on Monday!

UPCAT Review tomorrow will be half day.
Lessons will be Math (Sir Nat); Fil (Maam Aguila); Eng (Sir Args).

• Reader's Theater: DON'T GO HOME EARLY! WE'LL HAVE A PRACTICE THE WHOLE AFTERNOON. Kalle will finish the script by this weekend. Costumes, we'll meet tomorrow afternoon, too! At the girl's dorm na lang siguro if ever. Bring pins and measuring tape and other designs you want to propose. Read this so you know what exactly happens in the book we chose.
• SA Elections:

TUESDAY
• Eng: If you were given a chance to ask from a god/goddess, what would you wish? Why?
Your wish must be attainable with respect to the power of the god.
Format: Typewritten, 2 pages, double spaced, Tahoma 12.
Write it in a Greek prayer type which consists of the invocation, sanction, entreaty.
Maam said it will be due when the new teacher comes. Sabi niya 1st week of July dadating. Pero sabi rin niya dapat tapusin ung book presentation before dumating ung bagong teacher. Pero may 4 books pa so I don't know. o.o
--- Read book 18(?). Group 6 will present.

• PE: 1 mile run.

• Bio: Quiz on meiosis and cancer cells

• STR: Per group, provide a long black clearbook and a log book (preferably Veco ung brand coz they have the page numbers provided); cover the logbook with black and plastic. Put your tentative title on the first page along with the group # and names and class number (?)
